Your artwork will never go to print without your approval.
At Hamptons Pawtraits, every portrait is custom-made just for you. Because each artwork is created from your personal photo, we do not accept returns once the final piece has been approved and printed.
However — your satisfaction is extremely important to us.
Preview Approval Guarantee
Before printing, you will receive a digital proof of your artwork. We will only proceed to production after you confirm that you love the design.If you are not satisfied with your preview, we’re happy to provide revisions to make it perfect.
If, after reasonable revisions, you still feel the artwork is not right for you, you may request a full refund before printing.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your portrait arrives damaged or there is a production error, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the issue.
We will gladly offer a replacement at no additional cost.
Important Notes

Refunds are not available once the artwork has been approved and printed (unless damaged or defective).

Slight color variations may occur due to screen settings.

Refunds are processed back to the original payment method.
