Every portrait is handcrafted with attention to detail, printed on premium canvas in the USA, and securely packaged to arrive beautifully and safely at your door.

Where we ship

We currently ship to all states across the United States and throughout Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping outside these regions at this time.

Processing time

We provide every customer with a digital preview of their artwork for approval before printing. You’ll receive your digital preview within 1–2 days.
Once you confirm your proof, we’ll move straight to production so your portrait ships as quickly as possible.

Shipping Time

  • 🖼️ Canvas Portraits

    Here’s what to expect for custom canvas portraits:

    • Artwork preview: 1–2 business days
    • Production & printing: approximately 5 business days after approval
    • U.S. shipping: 2–6 business days
    • Canada shipping: typically 4–10 business days

    Estimated total delivery time:

    • USA: approximately 7–13 business days after artwork approval
    • Canada: approximately 9–15 business days after artwork approval

    Please note that all portraits are custom made to order. During holidays and peak seasons, production and shipping times may occasionally take a little longer.

    You’ll receive tracking information as soon as your order ships.

    🐾 Pet Gifts & Accessories

    This includes mugs, bandanas, pet bowls, tags, collars, leashes, and other custom pet gifts.

    Here’s what to expect:

    • Production time: typically 1–5 business days
    • U.S. shipping: approximately 3–7 business days
    • Canada shipping: approximately 5–10 business days

    Estimated total delivery time:

    • USA: approximately 5–10 business days
    • Canada: approximately 7–15 business days

    Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the product type and destination. Some items may ship separately to ensure the fastest possible delivery.

Shipping Cost

We offer separate flat shipping rates for canvas portraits and pet gifts to keep delivery simple and transparent.

  • 🖼️ Canvas Portraits: flat rate shipping of $17 USD within the U.S. and Canada
  • 🐾 Pet Gifts & Accessories: flat rate shipping of $5 USD within the U.S. and Canada

Please note that air delivery may be required for shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Minor Outlying Islands, and additional shipping charges may apply.

We’re also happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $149 USD.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.

Packing

All portraits are securely packaged in sturdy, eco-friendly materials to protect your artwork during transit.
