We want you to truly love your portrait. Once you receive your design preview, you’re welcome to request revisions. Simply let us know what you’d like adjusted, and our artists will thoughtfully refine the artwork before it goes to print.
Your portrait will only move into production after you’ve approved the final design.
How long does shipping take?

• Production & printing: 3–5 business days after approval
• U.S. shipping: 2–6 business days
