Shipping Policy
Every portrait is handcrafted with attention to detail, printed on premium canvas in the USA, and securely packaged to arrive beautifully and safely at your door.
Where we ship
We currently ship to all states across the United States and throughout Canada. Unfortunately, we are unable to offer international shipping outside these regions at this time.
Processing time
We provide every customer with a digital preview of their artwork for approval before printing. You’ll receive your digital preview within 1–2 days.
Once you confirm your proof, we’ll move straight to production so your portrait ships as quickly as possible.

(Please note that delivery times may vary slightly depending on your location and local carrier delays.)
Shipping Cost
We charge a flat rate of $17 for ground delivery to most locations within the U.S. and Canada. However, air delivery is required for shipments to Hawaii, Puerto Rico, and the Minor Outlying Islands, and additional costs may apply.
We are happy to offer free shipping on all orders over $149 USD.
Order tracking
Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive an email containing your tracking number so you can follow your package every step of the way.
Packing
All portraits are securely packaged in sturdy, eco-friendly materials to protect your artwork during transit.
