Our Services

Hampton Portraits specializes in creating custom artwork based on photos provided by customers.
Each piece is made-to-order and personalized according to your preferences (such as style, size, and medium).

Please note: due to the personalized nature of our products, all sales are final once artwork creation begins.

Customer Photos and Copyright

By uploading or submitting a photo, you confirm that:

  • You are the rightful owner of the image or have permission to use it for this purpose.

  • You grant Hampton Portraits a non-exclusive license to use, modify, and reproduce the image solely for creating your commissioned artwork.

We will never sell or redistribute your images to third parties.

Artwork Proof and Approval

Before printing or shipping, we will send you a digital proof of your portrait for approval.
You’ll have the chance to request minor revisions.
Once you approve the final proof, the production and delivery process begins.
Please note: after approval, no further edits or cancellations can be made.

Pricing and Payments

All prices on our site are listed in USD unless stated otherwise.
We reserve the right to modify prices at any time without prior notice.
Payments are processed securely via trusted payment gateways such as Stripe or PayPal.

Shipping and Delivery

We currently ship within the United States and Canada.
Delivery times vary depending on the production schedule and your location.
We’ll notify you once your order has been shipped and provide a tracking number.
Orders over $199 USD qualify for free shipping.

Returns and Refunds

If the preview isn’t quite right for you — even after revisions — you can request a full refund before printing.
Because every portrait is custom-made, refunds aren’t available once printing has started or after shipment. 
If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery, and we’ll gladly resolve the issue.

Limitation of Liability

Hampton Portraits shall not be held liable for:

  • Delays caused by customer approval times or incorrect shipping information.

  • Losses resulting from misuse or improper handling of the artwork after delivery.

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our products.

Privacy

We take your privacy seriously.
Your personal information (including uploaded photos) is used solely for order fulfillment.
